Insurance Reimbursement

 I am considered an out-of-network provider, which means that insurance companies often reimburse clients directly for my services. Upon request, I can offer a detailed statement with all of the necessary information for you to submit for insurance reimbursement. I will make every effort to help you in this process.

To gather more information about your specific plans reimbursement, the following questions may be helpful to ask your insurance provider:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits? (The code “90834” is used by insurance companies to refer to a standard psychotherapy session).
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

Payment Policy

Payment is requested at each session, unless other billing arrangements have been made. Payments can be made using cash, check or credit card. I am considered an “out-of-network” provider, and will provide you a detailed statement to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company, if requested.
